Programs
We provide a variety of programs during our monthly general meetings throughout our fiscal year which runs from September to May. These programs are presented by guest artists and others associated with the art scene in and around Charlotte. The programs vary from slide presentations, technique demonstrations, medium demonstrations, and lectures. We vary the programs from month-to-month and year-to-year to satisfy the many interests of the diverse group of talented artists that make up our organization. |

Artist's Statement
As human beings we all go through painful times, and we are often left torn and tattered. After experiencing a profoundly difficult time, I found solace in art. I was able to find healing through painting. The intention is to create beauty out of hurt. My paintings represent the stages of my healing over the last year, and I hope you will view this body of work as art and as beauty.
